Got a few emails regarding Sunny’s shoes in the last post. Cute right? She picked them out all by herself at Babies R Us.

I really want Sunny really wants  a great doll house from Santa!

NOTE: They didn’t have a mixed race family, so I went with the Diaz family. I’m not making that up, the name of the family on the website is the Diaz family.

NOTE: I would seriously love to live in either of the homes above.

I would also like it noted that they don’t have a Brooklyn Condo doll house, do you know why? Because that’s not what most little girls dream of. They dream of Victorians and Colonials in New Jersey and Connecticut.

I should have named this blog, I want to move to  Jersey. Thank God my husband never reads this blog, he would ask me if I’m out of my mind and tell me that we’re NEVER moving to New Jersey. Boooooo!

In other news

Next week Sunny has her first professional photos taken. I'm thinking about buying these little outfits for the occasion….

I can't wait to post our professional photos. I'm hoping Sunny smiles and giggles and stops eating her feet long enough to look up at our photographer. 

Chris sent me this photo the other day with a note that said " This is what I want your closet to look like…." Is that so? 

I hope he plans on providing the adorable shoes and hat box so that we can make his dream happen!

So this is the story of my little girls first pair of shoes.

Matt & I went to the doctor at 16 weeks, she announced "It looks like you're having a girl." I went back to my office and promptly ordered these…

They
are completely impractical for a newborn, I have no idea if or
when they will fit her. I paid $35.00 plus S&H for them, and I love
them. I think these alone will make her a girly girl and I can't wait to shove them onto her little feet, and yes she's nearly 6 months old and still they are too big.

But now I'm in love with these…

and these….

Until Gracie stops grabbing her feet and pulling off her socks I have little to no hope that we will ever make it to shoes!
